Greener Pastures

The grass is never greener on the other side. Like most things, it simply looks better from afar. You might try everything to get to those greener pastures, but when you get there what you will realise is that it's no better than the grass you had, just different somehow.

Ignorance.

Ignorance is bliss..... I think not. If this was true why do you suppose it's the ignorant people of this world who are causing all the problems, with their inability to accept, understand and tolerate others, who are different in some wholly irrelevant way.

It matters not who you worship, where you come from or how you kill and eat your food. It's how you conduct yourself, in a societal sort of way. Somehow I think that got lost in the translation, because at the end of the day, it really comes down to how you treat others.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you as they say. And they wonder why violence incites violence......Idiots!

Why?

Inside Outside, Outside In.

As we strive to make ourselves more attractive on the outside, do we lose sight of what it is to be beautiful on the inside?

"Well, you can always be thinner... look better." Patrick Bateman, American Psycho.
